AvalonBay, a leader in apartment living, adopted a marketing strategy aimed at differentiating properties based on market segments. It began with the development of three unique brands, one of which was Avalon.

Avalon is considered to be the higher-end of its communities. It took meeting that appeal with simplicity, precision and confidence in the design of the brand. What makes it work?

In addition to the brand work, creative included a full suite of print, digital and environmental collateral from back-office to move-in day—complete with a website design and the launch of its newest Manhattan property, Avalon West Chelsea.
